1. What is the 10 Milly Step Challenge?

The 10 Milly Step Challenge is a community walking competition created by G Ann’s Cold Pressed to help people move more, feel better, and stay consistent. Together, we’re working toward a collective goal of 10 million steps by November 2026. Each participant commits to walking 20,000 steps per week — that’s about 3,000 steps a day — a small but powerful way to improve health, energy, and focus.

2. Why only 20,000 steps per week?

Most step challenges require 10,000 steps per day, which can feel overwhelming. Our approach is designed to be inclusive and sustainable. Walking 20,000 steps per week still delivers proven health benefits — improved heart health, better digestion, balanced blood sugar, higher energy, and reduced stress — while making it achievable for all fitness levels.

3. How do I join?

Go to gannsjuices.com and sign up for the 10 Milly Step Challenge and select the $10 fee for the full month. Once registered, connect your device in the Stridekick app to track your steps and start moving toward your goals. You will receive an email with detailed steps on setting up your tracker and joining our specific challenge within the app.

4. What’s the difference between the $2.50 and $10 options?

  • $2.50 Weekly Fee: Covers one week of participation as a wildcard, if you are chosen afters someone is disqualified. Please do not select this option unless you have been invited to join the competition as a wildcard. You must purchase a weekly pass for the remaining weeks in the month (excluding 5th weeks).
  • $10 Monthly Fee: Locks you in for the full month without re-enrolling. The first 20 people to register for the month close that round of the challenge.

5. Why is there a participation fee?

Because when people invest, they engage. Research shows that paying even a small amount increases accountability and commitment. This isn’t about cost — it’s about consistency. The small fee helps keep participants focused and motivated to finish what they start and helps to cover platform admin fees, as well as giveaways.

6. How are steps tracked?

Steps are tracked using the Stridekick app. Download the app, connect your smartwatch or smartphone health tracker, and your steps will automatically sync. Only verified step data through Stridekick counts toward the challenge.

7. What happens if I miss my weekly step goal?

If you miss your goal for one week, you’ll still be allowed to compete but will be disqualified from that month’s grand prize drawing.

If you miss your goal for two consecutive weeks, your space will be forfeited, and a wildcard participant from the waitlist will take your place. This helps keep the challenge consistent and fair for everyone.

8. How many people can join each month?

Each round is limited to 20 participants. Once those spots are filled, registration closes for the month. Anyone who registers afterward will be added to the waitlist for the next month or may be invited to join as a wildcard if a space opens.

9. What do I win if I complete the challenge?

Everyone who successfully completes the full month of the challenge will be entered into a raffle for the grand prize. The prize is fresh, cold-pressed juice from G Ann’s Cold Pressed — created to refuel your body, restore energy, and celebrate your consistency.

The winner will be announced live each month, so make sure your steps are verified by the Sunday 10 p.m. EST deadline each week to remain eligible.

10. When are steps counted?

Steps are reviewed every Sunday by 10 p.m. EST through the Stridekick platform. Weekly totals determine eligibility for both ongoing participation and entry into the monthly raffle.

11. What happens if I’m selected as a wildcard participant?

If you’re selected as a wildcard, you’ll enter the competition starting in Week 3 or Week 4 and must reach 20,000 steps each week for the remainder of the month to qualify for the prize drawing. Be sure you purchase your wildcard weekly ticket based on the remaining number of weeks for that month. (Example- if you join week 3, you will need to purchase 1-2 weeks depending on the number of weeks left in the challenge. All 5 week months will be capped at 4 weeks with monthly memberships not exceeding $10.

Since you’re joining late, your grand prize (if selected) will be a 3-pack of juices from G Ann’s Cold Pressed.

However, if you go above and beyond and reach 80,000 total steps by the end of the month, you’ll qualify for the 6-pack grand prize — just like the full-term participants.

Wildcards keep the challenge dynamic and exciting while rewarding dedication, no matter when you join.

12. Can I join again next month?

Yes! Each month is a fresh opportunity to recommit, stay consistent, and aim for the grand prize. You can re-enroll monthly or pay week-to-week depending on your goals and schedule.

13. What if I don’t have a fitness tracker?

You can still participate. The Stridekick app connects with most smartphones, so you can use your phone’s built-in step counter if you don’t own a watch or fitness band. Just be sure to connect before the challenge starts so your steps are properly recorded.

14. What if I’m on the waitlist?

If you’re on the waitlist, don’t stop moving. If a participant misses their goal for two consecutive weeks, you’ll be eligible to step in as a wildcard and finish out the month strong.

15. How do I stay motivated?

Track your progress, share your journey, and celebrate every milestone. Walk with a friend, listen to your favorite playlist, or treat each step as a personal investment in your health. Remember — consistency is the real prize. Every step you take is one step closer to a better you.
